To configure user permissions, click Tools > Community > User List. Click the user ID that you selected as the Run As User in the previous step to open the user profile. Scroll down to the Security Details section and check off Discussion Thread Create and Modify and Discussion Thread Modify permissions.
Click the Save Security button at the bottom of this section to save the new permission changes. Bear in mind that the Run As User / Platform User Agent is used for running scripts and is not intended for a real user like you. Before you can start testing the PO discussion module, you need to configure user permissions for the real user account(s) that you use for logging into the Infor Nexus Platform.
If you were provided with a sandbox environment when you set up your developer account, the environment came with two organizations (a buyer org and a seller org), each of which contained two user accounts. So there are four user accounts in total that were set up for you. In order to test the Order discussion module, you should have at least one user from the buyer org and another from the seller org that are configured with Discussion Thread Create and Modify and Discussion Thread Modify permissions, so you can emulate a back-and-forth conversation between the buyer and seller. In the Infor Nexus Platform, no user account is able to configure its own user permissions, so you will need to use a second user account to configure the permissions of the first account. That's why you were provided with two user accounts for each organization.
Once you have at least one user account from the buyer org and another from the seller org configured with proper user permissions, the Order discussion module is ready to be tested.
